Payments:

ZooShoo.com accepts PayPal and most major debit/credit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). We currently do not accept international debit/credit cards (with the exception of Canada).

All orders are subject to a security check prior to shipment. When submitting an order, the payment will run an address verification check with your financial institution to confirm the billing and shipping information provided. It is recommended that your order be shipped to the billing address for quicker processing. If shipping to an alternate address, delays may occur as additional verification with the customer may be needed to confirm the authorized transaction. Please be advised that our security checks are intended to ensure the safety of your financial information and to prevent unauthorized use of your PayPal and debit/ credit cards. Any orders that do not pass the AVS/security check will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

Payments made with PayPal are verified with PayPal. For security reasons, ZooShoo will only ship to the address provided on the PayPal account (for security purposes) at the time of purchase. Please be sure to double-check your information on PayPal prior to placing an order.

Price Adjustments and Price Matching:

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within three (3) days of the original ordered date, ZooShoo will adjust the price of the purchased item. To receive a price adjustment, call ZooShoo at (909) 464-1575 while the new price is still listed. Email requests will not be accepted at this time. Eligible refunds will be applied back to your original form of payment.

ZooShoo currently does not offer price matching.

Important Tax Information:

Sales tax is only applicable to orders shipping to the state of California.

Store Credit:

Store credit is applied to your ZooShoo account. To use a store credit, sign in to your ZooShoo account, add an item to your shopping bag, and during checkout the store credit will be automatically deducted from your total.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available for purchase in predetermined dollar amounts. Gift certificates are mailed electronically to the recipient after the purchase has been made. Please be sure to carefully input and double-check all information of the recipient. For all gift certificate purchases, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Please note: All gift certificate purchases are subject to a security check and requires additional verification with the purchaser. This is to prevent fraudulent transactions and to confirm all information is accurate prior to sending the e- gift certificate.

International / Canada Orders:

Currently, ZooShoo.com is only shipping within the United States (including territories and APO/FPO) and to Canada. We do offer international shipping for purchase made on our other platforms. Please contact us for more details on how to make your purchase.

Any and all custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are required by custom authorities to state the value of the order and it is up to the discretion of the custom agents to release your package. Please note that this may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped. Package can be tracked with USPS and with Canada Post. Canada Post will only provide tracking once the package has cleared through foreign customs.

Any international packages (including Canada) that are returned because the package was undeliverable (multiple delivery attempts, custom fee unpaid, package unclaimed, incorrect shipping address, etc.) may subject to package abandonment. In this situation, customer will not be eligible for any refunds.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR INTERNATIONAL / CANADA ORDERS. MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
